Tequila (100% Agave) and Mezcal have to be bottled in Mexico.  If you want to make  your own,  it's going to be Tequila-Type or Mezcal-Type. So you need  Agave Spirit.

 

We have in Mexico years of experience in the bulk alcohol trade and Agave Spirit is our specialty.

And we have all the permits for international trade.​

In the Agave Spirit world, the difficulty is in the sourcing. 

 

We go direct and that is not quite simple. Not all, but a vast number of micro distillers work behind walls and try to be as invisible as possible. Reason? Increasingly unsafe countryside. To find and visit them has to be done with the utmost care.

​

At doing business, it is all cash up-front. No banks involved. Besides,  most have not a bank account.

​

Their main markets are either local places around them or small-time traders who sell the spirits a bit further. All in 20 liter containers. And easy to transport. Bringing a  1000 liter IBC, good for a month production, is a challenge. Bad unpaved  roads.  

​

In other words, to get to the source, it can only be done by people like us. We are local , speak the language, and know the special culture.
